Location: Based in or local to the Greater Houston, TX area.
License & Record: Valid Class A CDL with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Equipment: Reliable, DOT-compliant tractor owned or leased by the independent contractor.
Port Access: Active TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card is strictly required for port terminal entry.
